Exclusive Private Zoom Group Disclaimer &
Participation Agreement
By booking or participating in an Exclusive Private Group Zoom Session with Kim Russo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.
Group Size & Length
Exclusive Private Group Zoom Sessions are reserved for a maximum of 8 participants and are conducted exclusively for the members of your private group. No outside participants will be added to your session.
Sessions typically last approximately ninety minutes and may extend up to two hours. Because mediumship and intuitive work unfold naturally, the exact length of a session may vary, and the session will conclude when Kim feels intuitively guided that the session is complete.
Mediumship & Intuitive Readings
Mediumship is spiritual and intuitive in nature. No particular outcome, message or Spirit connection can be promised or guaranteed.
Kim cannot guarantee that the deceased loved one you are hoping to hear from will communicate during the session. Another loved one or Spirit communicator may present instead, or you may not receive a mediumship connection during your individual reading time.
A mediumship connection is not guaranteed. However, Kim will spend time reading and tuning into the energy of each participant. If a Spirit connection does not occur, you may have a question or area of your life in mind that you would like Kim to address during the session. Please do not submit questions, personal information or details about deceased loved ones in advance.
Because this is a group experience, the amount and type of communication received by each participant will naturally vary. The session is not divided into equal individual time periods, and participation does not guarantee a particular amount of reading time, message or type of communication.
Exclusive Group Participation
The Exclusive Private Group Zoom Session is booked as one private group experience. One person must serve as the Group Organizer and complete the booking and payment on behalf of the entire group. Individual group members do not register or pay separately.
The session is reserved solely for the members of the private group. No outside participants will be added to the session. Only the individuals included in the private group may attend, listen to, watch or participate in the Zoom session. Additional guests may not join the session unless approved in advance.
The Group Organizer will serve as the primary contact for the group and is responsible for coordinating availability with the other group members and communicating the confirmed session date, time, Zoom information and other session details to all participants.
Once a session date and time have been confirmed, each member of the group is responsible for being available at the scheduled time. Kim Russo and her team are not responsible for coordinating individual schedules among members of the private group.
Age Requirement
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in an Exclusive Private Group Zoom Session.
No Refund Policy
All bookings and payments for Exclusive Private Group Zoom Sessions are final and nonrefundable. The Group Organizer’s payment reserves the entire private session on behalf of the group and removes that appointment time from availability to others.
Refunds will not be issued because a particular deceased loved one did not communicate, because a different Spirit communicator presented, because a mediumship connection did not occur, or because the type or amount of communication received differed from what was anticipated.
Once a session date and time have been confirmed, the inability of one or more group members to attend does not entitle the Group Organizer or any member of the group to a full or partial refund.
If an Exclusive Private Group Zoom Session cannot be provided or must be canceled by Kim Russo, the Group Organizer will be offered the option to reschedule the session to another available date or receive a refund.
By completing the purchase, the Group Organizer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.
International Participants
International participants are welcome. All Exclusive Private Group Zoom Sessions are conducted in English and scheduled in U.S. Eastern Time.
Participants are responsible for confirming the corresponding session time in their own location and time zone before the scheduled session. Missed sessions resulting from time zone differences or conversion errors are nonrefundable and cannot be applied to future Zoom sessions.
For Spiritual & Personal Purposes
Mediumship and intuitive information provided during a session are intended for personal and spiritual purposes and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other licensed professional advice. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Acknowledgement:
By completing the booking and payment for an Exclusive Private Group Zoom Session, the Group Organizer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Disclaimer, Participation Agreement and No Refund Policy.
The Group Organizer is responsible for providing the participation terms and confirmed session information to all members of the private group prior to the session.
