The following Testimonial was posted to a Review website for Psychics & Mediums. It was not the exact letter that this satisfied client sent to Kim's office but it relays all of the same topics that he covered in his letter to Kim....It states the following:
Normally when I receive good service at a retail store or a restaurant, I would call over the manager or owner of the establishment just so I can compliment the great service that makes my experience of shopping or dining a pleasurable one. After being read by Kim Russo, I realized that I wasn't able to call over any manager or boss to express my emotions of what I had just experienced. So needless to say, I sent her office an email that probably did not even come close to describing the elated feeling or in other words, a natural high that literally gave me a total new perspective on life that I hadn't had or knew was possible for my whole life.
I am a very doubtful and pessimistic person . I was a science major in college and if something could not be proven, scientifically, in my mind, it could be explained logically. As I write this testimonial, I am still scratching my head trying to understand how Kim knew all of the tiny details about my family and our life that I know for a fact is not written or published anywhere in this universe. If I didn't experience this myself, I would never believe anyone who would try and convince me that communication with deceased loved ones is real or even that it was possible.
When I listened back to the recording of my session I made two columns on a sheet of paper. One column had the word "HITS" and the other had the word "MISSES" After going over each part of my session, I must admit that the stuff she was pulling was 98% relevant and accurate relating to me, my family & of course my deceased dad who was talking to Kim. I consider myself to be an intelligent person with many degrees. My head wanted to figure out a way that Kim could do this, but my heart knew how it felt during this session. I witnessed what I witnessed and the stuff she was relaying to me was mind boggling.
Kim also answered a lot of questions about God, religion and evolution. I have had many debates with friends and colleagues over the years about these topics but what Kim was saying to me made all of the sense in the world; and to a scientist's way of thinking, this was music to my ears. I literally left her office with my mouth open wondering what had just happened and why so many emotions were triggered inside of me by what Kim was saying to me. I must say that years of therapy and thousands of dollars later did not help me or resonate with me the way this experience did. I feel like a new born baby with so much hope. I haven't slept this good in years. Not only am I telling everyone I come into contact with about this experience, I am writing this to tell anyone who reads this that this woman left me speechless. Dear Kim,
Long before there was talk of Mediums, my wife told me of a story of a young lady who had lost her husband suddenly and unexpectedly.
The young lady took the sheets off their bed and sealed them in plastic. She told my wife that all she had left to remind her of her
husband was the ''scent'' of him. She feared that she was young and life would take her memories away. Locking his ''scent'' would ensure
she would never forget him, so whenever she opened the plastic, smelled his scent, his memories would return to her and the life they knew.

My name is Valerie D and you recently read me. I was the one with the father who came in with his head bent down from shame. He wanted to say he was sorry for not allowing himself to get to really know me while he was here on earth. Apparently he was able to see into my heart from the other side and as a result he had a lot of regrets. I hope he is healing. I just wanted to let you know how much your words healed me. I was able to let get rid of a lot of child hood baggage and have done a great deal of healing since that day. I stopped all the toxins I was putting in my body and as a result I realized that I too can channel. I have been channeling an Indian medicine man since 4/1/05. Dear Kim
I don’t know where to begin. Or how to say thank you - which is an understatement. Your message to my daughter and I from my Mom meant so much. I will say after listening to the tape (over and over) I can see there had been messages that we completely misinterpreted .I think my Mom wanted to mention my husband but I completely over looked the chest pain he had and turned it into my Mom passing. There is one thing I wanted to mention. My Mom had wanted me to find out about Marilyn and the "boat" - I called her the next day. She had told me several weeks after my Mom passed away her husband John took my nephew out fishing. They no sooner went out and the steering went. They had to be towed in…. because the boat had broken down. This was, I would think my Mom's validation that she sees what is going on since her passing. I could just go on and on with how many times you came through with pieces of our lives.
I left with a little more peace within my heart - it still breaks each day but at least I know my Mom is with me. Thank you,

I just wanted to let you know.... I was at one or your readings on Thursday night in Kings Park. You gave me information from someone on the other side who kept telling you about his name being used as a middle name in his honor, he insisted someone used his name as a middle name and I was not able to confirm this. He wanted to say thank you. I spoke to the family today directly related to this person and they told me a nephew who received Confirmation in May did use this persons name as his confirmation name. You were right! You were right; you kept telling it was a definite name used by someone as a middle name. You also said you saw the letters TONY (or Anthony). Well, I have had a few days for it to sink in a little more and the more I reflect on my reading, or even listen to it again, the better I feel. I cannot thank you enough for sharing your gift with others. I am sure there are moments, or days, when you wonder if it is worth the sacrifices you have to make in your own life; well, I hope I help convince you that it is worth it. Since my father passed away two years ago I have been struggling, really struggling. My name is Kelly, I know that you meet a lot of people and that you probably don't remember but back in June, I had a reading with you. Your God given gift has a place here on earth just like the moon, sun and stars has their place in the sky.The schools teach us of "Seven Wonders of the World", of which I probably will never personally see. But in this life, I have been truly blessed to have met number eight - YOU. Mother Teresa said, "Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier". Everyone who is fortunate enough to have been read by you, knows in their heart that you embody those words. Many of us had suppressed or ignored it for most of our lives because it really isn't accepted in our family, jobs and overall culture. All of us at one time or another witnessed you using your gift and knew you were a master. You then offered to share your knowledge and techniques with us rather than keep them to yourself. We all jumped at the opportunity to learn from you. Offering TEC was a gift to us and maybe the world as we all open up and become light workers.
Kim, on a personal note, I'm amazed at your ability to stay grounded and avoid becoming egotistical. You always stress that we need to remain humble and not take credit for the messages we receive from Spirit. Despite all the people that want to rely on you to tell them what to do and answer all of their questions you still stay true to your belief that the credit goes to spirit and not you. On top of all of your accomplishments you really should be proud of the way you conduct yourself. It is an amazing thing to witness and a great model for the rest of us.
